I remember a certain character that was said to be able to transform and be beautiful, and looked old in her natural form.
It IS also a magic area, and anything is possible. Like body doubles, mind control, illusions, etc.

The magic is quite limited, actually. The most of it is used for the spell that shields the islands from view of the rest of the planet, but, as Fox said numerous times, magic users are virtually unknown on the islands, save for very limited stuff on some mythos (and Freya, but I don't think Freya is well known outside the Citadel).

Magic is limited from player characters in the role play. Please do not apply the rules I set for the interactive forum as law for the story. It is not. I have established a shapeshifter in the story. I have established several instances of magic users in the story, Fenriria, Urukelekona, Harvey, and a handful of others. Whether or not the average mook is aware of these people is irrelevant to the fact they still exist.
