Seeing the load and passengers secured onboard, Archeus stabilized the turbines at 88 percent.
"Commander forward momentum at your discretion."
Archeus looked to Dean with a smile. "Helm! Forward control now active on your station."
Archeus excused herself. "Commander I'll be below deck to check a few things."

Mark smiled to himself. This was a very good ship. "Thank you Professor. Great Job all."
He then turned back to his command console.
"Up ship, bring us up to 300 meters. Forward at maneuvering speed. Helm come about to course 220. As soon as we're clear, make best speed. Let's beat this storm back to Aukate'"
As the ship lifted, the tiger eyed the approaching storm apprehensively.

Archeus made a quick sweep below deck making sure things were running nominally.
She met up with Garran and gave him a pat on the back.
"Wow good work down there Mr White" She smiled. "We'll be back at the Citadel in a few moments. After we get everything unloaded I'm gonna buy you Mark and the crew a drink." She slapped her leg. "The ship is a worthy beast. I couldn't have done it without you."
"Come on lets head back to the bridge and contact the shore let them know we're bringing in the first load. I can't imagine what they'll think when we come in? But it will be impressive no matter what."

The wind was growing in strength. The container was beginning to swing left and right, very slowly but still combined with the wind it was forcing Garran to keep his balance. He folded his wings around the body and kneeled, to reduce his surface against the wind. During the slow ascend, accompanied by the groan of the steel and the roar of the wind, Garran could admire the sea turning darker and darker, and the ship slowly drifting away.
From down there, the vessel was looming like a beast.
As soon as the container reached the inside of the hold, Garran unlocked the safety harnesses and jumped out on relatively more stable ground, silently thanking for being safe. He had just finished removing the equipment when he felt a pat on his back. He turned to see a satisfied blue tiger.
"Hey, Archy! We did it!" he replied to her with a pat on her shoulder and a large smile. "Thanks a lot. We must all be proud of what we have built. Sounded like a crazy project, but hey, we wouldn't be the Overlord's R&D if we weren't a bit crazy ourselves, right? "
And he accompanied her to the bridge, humming happily.

Upon arrival at the Citadel the crew worked exceptionally well together.
R&D and Marks troops were quite proud of what had been accomplished in a very short time.
After all the individuals and equipment had been unloaded Archeus set the ships Helm to automatic. She now had control of it on her palm pilot.
She invited the bridge crew to an interesting treat.
"OK Mark, Garran, Dean, and Shard. If you would please accompany me to the galley."
As they entered the largest room on the ship they could hardly believe their eyes. A feast fit for royalty had been prepared for them.
"Before we eat, Mark would you care to say a word of blessing for our repast and our having had such a successful Commissioning of the Dressel?"

still hanging in there Dean Responds with a nod and activates forward Control on the station before him.
Thoughts running wild through his head "Great job all." hits home and a wave of tension is released and he starts feeling more at ease as he follows the rest of the commands up three hundred and then two hundred and twenty for home.
After reaching home and helping unload everything a moment of we did it starts to sink in and almost in a haze.
"Ok Mark, Garran, Dean, and Shard. If you would please accompany me to the galley." Dean nods and falls into line and follows to the galley

Mark let out a satisfied sigh as the last of the rescued crew and the equipment were settled onto the Citadel's receiving dock. As he secured his terminal and heard Professor Archeus' invitation, he turned and followed along, curious as to what she had up her sleeve now.
When they entered the galley and he saw the feast laid out there, he grinned toothily. Upon hearing the blue tigress' request, He nodded and bowed his head.
"Dear Lord, thank you for the success of our first mission, and for the sturdy ship the hands and minds here have assembled. Let our future continue to hold such missions and even greater. Thank you for the crew, the meal, and bless those who prepared it for us, and all those who serve on the HMS Dressel. Amen"
He then looked up, grinned again, and said, "Looks fantastic! Shall we be seated?"

Archeus sat around admiring her colleagues. "My dear friends I have never been so proud as I am now." Archeus raises her glass.
"Here's to a successful commissioning of Her Majesties Ship the Dressel !"

Shard raised his own glass to match Archeus with Renfield doing the same with a much smaller plastic cup "And here's to many more successful missions in the future!" he said with a smile.

Garran followed Archy, curious. And when they reached the room, he had to pause for a moment. A veritable feast was displayed in front of them, worthy of the most renown chefs of the islands. A carnival for eyes and smell, and Garran was more than eager to verify the taste as well.
He leaned slightly towards the tigress and whispered her with a smile: "I don't know what we did to deserve you. You're too kind."
After the commander blessed the feast, Garran picked up a glass, and after Archy and Shard he felt it was his turn to speak. He raised the glass.
"A toast to friends, to the intrepid, and to good people. Here's to the hope of helping people forever, 'cause a life not spent for the others is not a life worth living. A toast to force of will and creativity, that we may make our dreams come true. A toast to us, for we have done good deeds."
