It suddenly occus to me that Overlord Fox has a LOT of Minions if this many can hang out at a (possibly literal) underground establishment and not make much of a dent in suspicions of where they are going - or she knows and so long as nobody winds up dead, seriously injured or unable to perform their duties next shift, turns a blind eye to the goings-on here: which would be wise, for morale's sake in some of these cases. But Harvey doesn't seem like he'd stand in the way of anyone's addictions....

@aralyn: One thing is I'm sure Harvey's smart enough to keep the legit business separate from the underground stuff. Some of these people may not know about it, and others may know that he's involved but not that it happens there.
