Preferred occupation: Guard/Scout
Species: Siberian Tigress (Panthera Tigris Altaica)

Specifics:
Paws: She has only four fingers on each paw, including an opposable thumb, with retractable claws at the end of each finger. Her hands have small pads, much smaller than that of a feral tiger, covering part of her palms and fingers.

Brief character description:
Tamara is a fine representative of her species: lean as females usually are, with a thick coat of fur and powerful muscles underneath. Her most unique and recognizable feature is the thick black stripe that runs uninterrupted from her nosepad to her tailtip, going over her head and under her hair, then following her spine down her back. Standing at more than 6 foot, with a strong build, she may appear impressive but she is a nice person, friendly and easygoing, who loves nothing more than to meet new people and make new friends. It takes a lot to anger her, but those who do usually pay it, painfully. She isn't a tigress for nothing.

When out of duty and out of the Lair, she will usually wear little clothing, for the simple fact that her thick fur provides a quite efficient insulation, and Aukate's climate is quite nice all year round. Coming from a small town located in the middle of one of the Winter Islands, she discovered the combined pleasures of the beach and the sea when she moved out, and she can be seen spending a great part of her free time sunbathing or taking a dip in the sea.

Character background/history:
She is born in a litter of four from a quite standard family of tigers on the island of Pèperuare. Her mother was one of the local herbalist/physician; she had never really set foot outside of the island, being quite happy with her life in her community; while her father had worked for a time for the previous Overlord, Rex, until he decided, for reasons he never explained to his children, to leave the service and come back home, marrying their mother whom he had met years ago, and working as an animal keeper, raising domesticated reindeer that where then sold to a local slaughterhouse.

Although, even raising domesticated cattle can be dangerous: one of her brother got trampled to death when the herd got spooked for some reason and broke out of the barn, running away as fast as they could with no care for what, or who, was on their way.

Life being quite dull on their little town, Tamara soon turned her curiosity towards the outside world, and asked many questions to her father, then to her professors at school, and finally she plundered the local libraries. She learned about the Calendar Islands, the Overlord's Empire, and the world outside, run by Humans, and why they should never be allowed to discover the islands. Of all the opportunities to get out of her town and Pèperuare in general, becoming a Minion in the Overlord's ranks seemed to be the best choice.

Thus, while her two remaining siblings decided to stay and follow in the steps of their parents, Tamara decided to leave and enlist into the Overlord's ranks. Besides, the death of her brother made her decide that reindeer would definitely not be a part of her life, even if she knew that this was a mostly emotional, thus illogical, reaction. She left home when she was of age, saying goodbye to her family and taking a transport to Aukate.

Forget what I said about the caste systems in the message. After reading the bios again, it wouldn't be necessary. My apologies. Also, really exciting reads!
