Is it really though? Usually propaganda has a strong bias and purpose. Specifically designed to influence others (or it's target group) to think a certain way.
A radio show centering around nature sounds hardly seems that too fill that definition. Unless of course it's implanting things subliminally, though I doubt it.
I do like how it's being shown how easy for this kind of thinking to lead to propaganda and manipulation.
This is of course, all my opinion however.
