So he either never bothered to get it fixed...or he Knew that she'd be back one day for some reason or another, and left it like that to rub the fact that she was back in her face.
That's good...that's very good.

For varying definitions of "love".

*sigh* Guys, the door works perfectly fine. Harvey wouldn't have it any other way. He's using that wonderful, oft-misunderstood foil of conversation called Sarcasm.

Harvey knows all the tricks, dramatic irony, metaphor, bathos, puns, parody, litotes and satire.

Maybe she'd be better off going to Hector & the Overlord, for some financial aid (that is, unless, there's another reason for her groveling to a demon, such as Harvey)?

At least he's giving her the dignity of leaving alive... For now.

Hee! Love her expression in the bottom panel! Harvey's expression shows just how done he is with her lies, and perhaps shows a little of how tiresome mortals can be at times...
This isn't about financial help. This is about control. Razz is livid that her daughter went off and did her own thing instead of following mom's "Hump the stripper pole and squeeze out babies that you will groom to eventually replace you humping the stripper pole and popping out babies that will replace them..." plan. Brambi went out and did her own thing and is more successful than her mother ever hoped to be.
Razz didn't go to Harvey to ask for money. She went to Harvey hoping that he would use his influence to DESTROY her daughter's career so utterly that she has no other option than to return to Razz and beg for her life on the stripper pole back. Ultimately what this is about is Razz' anger that Brambi had the audacity to go her own way instead of following Razz' plan for the rest of her life. Who cares that Brambi is happy, successful, and going nowhere but up with her non stripper career.

*Speaks like a sports commentator.* Game, set and match for Harvey. The local sharp-toothed buck shows once again that he is not someone to be taken for a fool! Razz is going back home with her tail tucked between her legs! Will she learn from that encounter or not? We'll see in the next match! :p
